Hi, I'm Keegan.

I founded Krell Counseling with one mission: to help teen guys become capable young men.

Over the past several years, I've worked almost exclusively with adolescents navigating everything from anxiety and motivation to identity, relationships, and preparing for adulthood.

Along the way, I've become convinced that adolescence isn't simply a season to manage, it's one of the greatest opportunities parents have to intentionally shape the man their son is becoming.

That belief is what led me to create The Launch Program: an eleven-session developmental counseling program designed specifically for teen guys. Rather than focusing only on today's challenges, we intentionally develop the confidence, character, and resilience they'll carry into adulthood.
