Before we talk

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You may know exactly where your son is getting stuck. You may just have a sense that something could be better. Either is enough to start a conversation.

The intro call gives me a chance to hear what you are seeing and gives you a chance to ask questions, get my perspective, and decide whether taking another step makes sense.

No intake paperwork. No commitment to counseling. Just a place to start.
What we’ll talk about

Twenty minutes focused on what matters most right now.

01
Your son
What you are noticing at home, school, with friends, in sports, or anywhere else life seems to be getting harder.
02
What may be underneath it
I’ll help you think through the patterns, pressures, developmental changes, or barriers that may be contributing to what you are seeing.
03
The best next step
We’ll talk honestly about whether The Launch Program appears to fit what your son needs, or whether another direction makes more sense.
Is this worth a conversation?

You do not have to wait until things are falling apart.

Many of the families I work with are not responding to a crisis. Their son may actually be doing pretty well. They simply see an area where he is stuck, struggling, holding back, or ready to grow.

He is capable, but does not seem to believe it.
He holds back because failure feels too risky.
He is doing well, but nothing seems to feel like enough.
You want to invest in him before a problem becomes a crisis.
Who you’ll be talking with

Hi, I’m Keegan.

I’m a counselor who works primarily with 6th-10th grade guys and their parents during a stage of life when identity, confidence, emotions, relationships, responsibility, and independence are all changing quickly.

My approach is structured, practical, and developmental. I want parents to understand more of what is happening beneath the surface, and I want guys to leave counseling with skills they can actually use outside the session.

A quick note

Krell Counseling is a private-pay practice.

Krell Counseling does not bill insurance directly. Private-pay care allows the work to remain focused on the client and family rather than being dictated by insurance requirements around diagnosis, session structure, or treatment.

Superbills may be available for families who choose to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
